If your deposit hasn't appeared after 15 minutes, first check that the transaction was completed on your bank or e-wallet app and that the reference number was generated. Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome bonuses are automatically applied to your account when you complete registration and make your first qualifying deposit. Wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) specify how many times you need to play through a bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as real cash. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place ₱5,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. DreamJL keeps wagering requirements transparent — the exact figure is always shown alongside each bonus offer.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been met. Your real money balance and bonus balance are tracked separately in your DreamJL wallet. You can always withdraw your real money balance at any time, regardless of any active bonus. If you choose to withdraw before completing wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited.
Responsible Gaming

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings under "Responsible Gaming." Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active — this is intentional, to give you time to reconsider. Decreasing a limit takes effect right away. DreamJL encourages all players to use these tools proactively.

Self-exclusion allows you to temporarily or permanently block access to your DreamJL account. You can choose a cooling-off period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) or request permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or play.
