Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your DreamJL account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. DreamJL does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Fees: DreamJL does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which DreamJL accepts no responsibility.

DreamJL's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your DreamJL account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
DreamJL does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. DreamJL will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
